Phil Monsour, just returned from a highly successful tour of the UK and Ireland will celebrate the release of his unique and ground breaking new CD – Ghosts of Deir Yassin in Melbourne on Sunday 14 October 3.00pm.
 
The songs on Ghosts of Deir Yassin were written by Phil Monsour during and shortly after a trip to the Middle East. Inspired by a number of actual experiences, the lyrics are serious but have an accessibility grounded in real experiences and the stories of real people.
 
Proceeds will go to these organisations:
– Australian Society for Palestinian-Iraqi Refugees Emergency (ASPIRE).
– Union Aid Abroad to Palestine (APHEDA)
– Coalition Against Israeli Apartheid Campaign fund
